New novel set in Sheffield - Northern Soul Revival by Claire Moss

Hi, A frind of mine has just had her first novel published, Northern Soul revival. It is a contemporary coming of age story set in Sheffield, Leeds, Tasmania and a fictional Northern market town.

 

It has got great reviews so far so check it out.

 

The launch will be at Waterstones on 3 February where there will be an opportunity to ask Claire questions, and to hear an extract from the book. I've just finished reading this on my girlfriend's recommendation. The pink cover put me off a bit but it is really good and not nearly as girly as i expected. I love reading books set in places I know.

The book launch is tomorrow so I think we might go get our copy signed.
