Well, that was a fantastic walk - with a difference!! Really enjoyed the history talks on the area/buildings/follies etc. Need to do this more often Scoobz

 

Lovely to see susiepoosie again - hope this is the first of many

There were lots of good bits on todays walk, 1- watching the Red Deer having their dinner, the stag was magnificent.

2- Susiepoosie came back....

3- I had carrot cake

We had a great time today thanks to the organizer/s. The historian was excellent. I was impressed with Mr hemlocks ice skating prowess he did a move called a drag right before our very eyes VO was impressed and didn't know that Mr Hemlock had taken skating up!! Of course Mr Hemlock made no fuss - stood straight back up, turned and looked at the offending ice and walked on. Looking forward to the next one.
