angelgirluk   10 #1 Posted July 23, 2005 Does anyone have any information about the train that runs to Cleethorpes from/via Sheffield as I was really wanting to do something different tomorrow (Sunday) and have a change of scenery.  If anyone has any links to web sites etc, please post them for me. I've had a look but can't find much at all.  Thanks a lot,  Claire
 Share this content via...

ddolly   10 #9 Posted July 23, 2005 Hello, I'm from Grimsby so know I fair amount about Cleethorpes! You can take a direct train about once every hour, it takes roughly and hour and a half depending on if you get the fast or slow. Very simple! Check the national rail site for details. There are lots of new fancey cafes that have opened up too as well as the usual ropey fish n chip places. Good to just wander along the sea front and nip into the arcades!
