IMO I don't rate Balti King, Induz or 7 Spices. I would rather die than go to what used to be Royal Spice (now Ghandi) as far as I know just a change of name, same chef, on Walkley. Mangla isn't worth writing about, just a 'transport cafe' serving indian food, don't like the one at Hillsborough either (sorry the name escapes me). The best of the ones I have been too has to be Butlers Balti. The food is really nice, as are the staff.

Never tried Aagrah or Akbars.......may have to investigate!

Induz at attercliffe is wothout a doubt the best curry house in Sheff.

 

err, no, it's truly awful, it was like re-heated Tesco special bachelor chow. Akbars wins every time, even with those ridiculous nan bread antlers...

i very much enjoyed the mogul room the two times i have been - not a bargain basement joint, but hardly michelin star prices either - worth it, so long as you aren't a tight fisted who resents paying for anything.

 

oh hang on, this is the sheffield forum! in that case, i am sure that farm foods sell microwave curry that will suit your needs.
