Average British Woman Spends £31,000 on Shoes

It would be frightening if we all worked out what we spend in a lifetime on all sorts of individual things. Smoking would be the most expensive thing but the cost of cigarettes keeps going up and up so you wouldn't be able to calculate it. If you smoke, I think it would make £31,000 on shoes look like peanuts!

 

I love shoes and have a few pairs I have never worn but I always go to shops like TK Maxx and go through their jumble sale style stock (I just made up a tongue twister there!) so I can get the cheapest:clap:

The amount calculated was for a lifetime. It quoted the average spend being £40 per month on shoes.

 

I have to admit owning far too many shoes than is necessary! You can never have enough pairs.

I wonder how much we'd spend if we only bought our shoes from Jimmy Choo? I think I'll stick with PayLess, I don't need diamond encrusted shoes ......................
