medusa   16 #2 Posted December 21, 2009 What sort of yoga were you looking to start?  I'm an Iyengar yoga fan, done at the Sheffield Yoga Centre in Walkley http://www.yogasheffield.org/  but there are so many sorts of yoga that I think you need to know what sort of yoga you're interested in before you look for a class. jbertzeletos   10 #5 Posted December 31, 2009 Hi there,  I run a number of yoga classes in the Sheffield area. The style of yoga I teach is Dru yoga. On my website you will find information about it and also some research into yoga, including Dru yoga and its benefits. Plus a great number of testimonials: http://www.yoganaturesheffield.org.uk  I agree with the others that you need to find a style of yoga that you like and a teacher that you connect with too. I do hope you find the right one for you:-)  Happy New Year to you,  Jo 07816 540 261 [email protected] http://www.yoganaturesheffield.org.uk
 Share this content via...
