zongamin   10 #3 Posted December 15, 2009 The first thing you should do is make sure you have the latest firmware (3.1.2), and then do a restore in itunes. This will sort out most issues.  You need to book an appointment to take it to the store, and if you haven't tried a full restore then they will tell you to go and do one.
