Â It sounds like your DVD drive has spun its last disc then. Give Microsoft a ring and see how much they charge to replace it. Sometimes you can get a good price at them if you moan enough. Plus it comes with a 1 year warranty. Or if you're up for the challenge, look on Youtube for tutorials on how to replace the DVD drive yourself. It doesn't look too hard.
