It snowed in Longley around 8.15, it didn't settle and the sun is now shining

A day of sunshine and showers. Showers arriving from north east and will be of snow on high ground but probably rain at low levels.

Came over through Castleton and Chapel, Whaley bridge etc on the way to work. Some light sludge on the fields at very high up but the roads are all very well gritted and there are no problems. I have used the A623 Eyam road when it's been far worse than this and had absolutely no problems.
