I totally agree with renting at the moment instead of buying, but £650 per month? That's a total pee take.

 

You could get a 3 bed house in hillsborough for £400.

It all depends on Location Location Location really.

You pay for the privaledge.

 

The same way you can't expect to buy a Thomas Burberry shirt for the same price as you would a GEORGE shirt from ASDA.

I don't really get this "city living" business, why on earth would anyone want to live in town? I can't think of anything worse.

If I were single, city living would be ideal for me. Close to work, pubs, clubs and city social life.

 

As a none single person a house with anice garden is the best choice for me because it's what the better half wants. If that makes her happy, then I'm happy!
