You pay for the privaledge.  The same way you can't expect to buy a Thomas Burberry shirt for the same price as you would a GEORGE shirt from ASDA. Close to work, pubs, clubs and city social life.  As a none single person a house with anice garden is the best choice for me because it's what the better half wants.
