Im looking for a list of all the new developments of accomodation being built in Sheffield City Centre.

There are some new arpartments on West street opposite the City Hall tram stop.

They are not quite finished yet but they were taking the outside csaffold down just last night.

Heard there not cheap, but with watching the work thats gone into them for the last 18 month i,m not suprised.

Question is, who is going to buy these appartments?

 

Surley if you had the sort of money they're charging, you'd want to live in a nice suburb, not in the city centre with all the noise, pollution and crime that it brings.

Yes to true i would do the same, 100k would buy a good view in the country but the question was specifically accomadation in the City Centre.

Believe it or not these apartments are popular and quickly snapped up.

Does any body know of any private landlords who have purchased any of these apartements, and are wanting to let them out?
