What qualifications required for gardening work

Hi everyone

I'm completely new to this gardening thing but the bug has well and truly bitten.

I'm thinking I'd like hands on work in gardening and horticulture, but haven't a clue where to start.

Does anyone know what qualifications might be worth me attaining to work outdoors?

I love digging and planting but haven't any interest in garden design as such.
