My mum worked at GEC until she retired in the late 1970ties she worked in the coil dept. She worked there when it was Metro Vickers and English Electric.

anyone remember gec i was apprentice there 74 to79

 

hi. it seems we were apprentices together so am wondering who you are

I was an apprentice at metro vic from 1955\1984 till closed served all my time in fitting shop great firm to work at sorry but at 80 years  old sadley  not good with names
