thats for the courts i guess but my brother arrested him :hihi:

Your brother could be subject to disciplinary action if it's discovered you're babbling about an ongoing case here.

Guffaw, and you've already found him guilty, no need for a trial or anything!
In such cases, assumptions of guilt are far more natural reactions than assumptions of innocence - based usually on a blind and deeply naive willingness to defend immigrants and ethnic minorities whatever their crimes, and an anarchistic mistrust of the Police.

It is true that there would be less crime in the uk if there were no immigration.

Nope.

ACPO 2006, see upthread when you made the same mistake.

The fact it has consistently fallen for the last 10 years would indicate not.

Besides if there was no immigration the economy would fall apart, resulting in more crime.

That is indeed a very simple thing to say.

Do you really think that scapegoating is a selling point?

a bit like the immigrant who has just been arrested for viciously raping the girl in wakefield

Guffaw, and you've already found him guilty, no need for a trial or anything!

To be honest, in the scheme of things it isnt relevant whether he did it or not, nor are the the criminal convictions of BNP supporters.

What is important are the misdeeds and questionable activities of the BNP hierarchy, of which there are plenty, since they seek to represent the interests of their community and have to be beyond reproach and trustable, this is particularly significant for them as they put great store in being tough on criminality, dishonesty and sleaze.

Nick Griffin

We know already that he has a criminal conviction for inciting racial hatred, for which he received a suspended prison sentence.

Simon Darby-BNP Press Officer

Filmed attending a meeting of European neo Nazis in Milan.

Richard Barnbrook-London Assembly Member

On 24 September 2009 Barnbrook was suspended from Barking and Dagenham Council for bringing it into disrepute. Barnbrook said he had made "unitentional inaccuracies" in an interview on knife crime due to his dyslexia and background noise.

In the interview he recounted a story of a girl being stabbed to death in Barking, and subsequentely described a double murder also in Barking. When challenged he had to admit it wasn't true.

On 15th October he barred entry to black constituents attempting to enter a public BNP meeting.

Bob Bailey-Barking BNP Councillor

The BNP's London organiser was stopped after being spotted driving without his lights on. He was taken away by police after refusing to take a breath test.

He was subsequentely convicted and claimed his prosecution was part of a conspiracy against the indigenous people of Britain, even though he created the offence himself by refusing to provide a specimen.

The indiscretions of their members may be numerous, but they're not important unless they're committed because of their politics.

John Laidlaw, David Copeland, Tony Lecomber, Robert Cottage, Mark Bullman etc etc are all examples of BNP members convited of serious, racially motivated crimes.

True, but if crime were your major worry there would be a hell of a lot less of it if there were no indigenous criminals either.

I dont think that view is maintained by the police or criminal justice system as demonstrated by the stop & search and conviction statistics.

Sensible policies, to target the usual offenders. I did not suggest that view was maintained by anybody other than the hand-wringers who always step forward to defend minority group criminals.
