Alien   10 #277 Posted November 5, 2009 No, I mean greatly expanded state controls, grossly wasteful expansion of public sector and increased taxation on the hardest working while making the welfare state a scroungers' charter.  :huh:That's what I said... Guest sibon   #279 Posted November 5, 2009 Please tell me you are joking!  J  He left the building a while ago.  I suspect that a new line of propaganda will be forthcoming soon. I can't imagine that "New Labour as extreme left wingers" is going to reappear anytime soon.
 Share this content via...
John X Â Â 10 #280 Posted November 5, 2009 He left the building a while ago. Â I suspect that a new line of propaganda will be forthcoming soon. I can't imagine that "New Labour as extreme left wingers" is going to reappear anytime soon. Â I like to think of myself as reasonable and always like to give people a fair go, as they say in Australia, but when someone comes out with something as bizarre as that, they are either having a laugh or they have very serious difficulties understanding the world we live in. Â I sincerely hope he is joking because I'd hate to think of the guy walking round in some delusional world where nothing will ever work out for him, because everything he believes is so totally and utterly wrong. Wildcat   10 #281 Posted November 6, 2009 Fully agreed on your description of NG - quite how even his own party of idiots take him seriously is beyond me. That said, the poster Wildcat seems rather obsessed with him and I was wondering if there might be some personal vendetta involved.  Several possibilities I suppose, Wildcat may be defensive due to being in one or all of the groups the BNP does not wish to represent (is she a black Jewish immigrant lesbian?), or has some personal background which explains this morbid fascination with NG and the BNP, or is perhaps just an obsessed lefty who is angry at the world.  The reason for the focus on NG is that he is leader of the party, leader with absolute control surrounded by a gang of yes men that make him practically as well as technically a dictator in his own party.  Why I have a focus on racism and the BNP is I have witnessed the damage racism can cause and have helped people who have suffered breakdowns as a result. A friend was also firebombed by followers of the NF\BM after a campaign of intimidation in the 80s simply for having different coloured skin.  But the main reason is simply that like the majority of the population I have a capacity for empathy, which seems to be sadly lacking or underdeveloped in most racists\bigots. breathless   10 #282 Posted November 8, 2009 Just to give you an update. The Rotherham Advertiser it seems declined to print my letter I sent them regarding Marlene Guest in Morrisons:huh: Went in again last week and two different poppy sellers were in there so I bought one and I just HAD to ask them about the MG incident. They said they had heard about it and they happened to mention a letter which the legion had written to the BNP.I assume its the one mentioned earlier in the thread.
