K8 Sheffield   10 #13 Posted October 20, 2009 Often you'll need to reset your phone for them to work properly. Push and hold the the power button and the front face button together, keep them held for about 20 seconds until the slide to power off screen has been and gone and you just have an Apple logo, leave for a few minutes and it will come back on.
