John_66 Â Â 10 #2 Posted June 26, 2005 Yes I went with my son and we really enjoyed it. Glad Liverpool won they were by far the best team out of the four. Can't believe Alan Kennedy was playing - must be in his fifties. Drinks and food were pricey - 3 quid a pint !! Â Also, the Rockettes were nice to watch - wish they had em at Millmoor ! Strix   11 #8 Posted June 27, 2005 He didn't get much of a chance. Liverpool played them off the 'field', but surprisingly they were drawing by full time
 Share this content via...
BorisMarakas   10 #9 Posted June 29, 2005 Originally i was going to go then i looked into it and saw the ticket prices(£12) and i thought one is not paying £12 to watch a bunch of old men on what is about a 20 minute match.(each time there is a game. The organisers need to realise these are'nt pros anymore and adjust the ticket prices accordingly.
 Share this content via...
Strix   11 #10 Posted June 29, 2005 There were 5 matches, so that works out at £2.70 per match, if you include the booking fee.  And we got Ian Rush's autograph
 Share this content via...
Jonesy   10 #11 Posted June 29, 2005 12 quid for 3 hours entertainment? When you consider the price of other activities, it is pretty damn cheap I think!
 Share this content via...
