libuse   10 #28 Posted September 23, 2009 Right, you're going to need to do some shopping for this, but I promise it works;  Buy 1 bottle of liquid echinacea, one pack of berocca and one back Beechams "day and night" (or is it "night and day"? they're the ones that give you 3 orange tablets and 1 blue tablet per day)  Make up one glass of berrocca. Drop 10 drops of echinacea into it. Drink, whilst taking two of the Night and Day orange tablets. Repeat 2x daily, but only for 3 days.  Good luck!
