Oddgitt   10 #13 Posted September 3, 2009 How sensitive - the driver could have been badly injured.  Look at the photos, it wasn't that bad.  The mini is a modern car with all the modern safety features - the tram would have to have been going faster than the speeds they generally travel at to seriously injure someone. wobblywill   12 #14 Posted September 3, 2009 How sensitive - the driver could have been badly injured.  Yes very true.......but it would have been all his own fault. Alternatively, he could have seriously injured or even killed someone else and that would have been his fault as well.
 Share this content via...
Terry Bull   10 #15 Posted September 3, 2009 Very little damage to the Mini, can't see any damage to the bodywork, thought it would be totally wrecked, lucky for the driver though as it could have been much worse.
 Share this content via...

Terry Bull   10 #18 Posted September 3, 2009 Ever thought it may have been the other side of the car that got hit ? the bent wheel would suggest it was  Maybe so, but looking through the car it looks like none of the nearside glass has broke and the roof doesn't look creased. Having said that the trim has come adrift from the rear corner.
 Share this content via...
