X-Factor 2009 Megathread

Recommended Posts

Yes, I agree re Macca.

The guy's getting on (he's 67) but there's no need for him to strain trying to reach those notes. He's got a catalogue of ballads to choose from! Why not give us Here, There And Everywhere or For No-One?!

And I agree to that Lucie was a decent singer. Not only that, she was rather delish too, wasn't she?

I don't watch it, but what did he sing? Please tell me it wasn't Hey-chuffin'-Jude again? It seems to be all he sings on TV appreances/concerts! I'd rather he did something more obscure - I wonder if he could still manage Oh! Darling these days?:hihi:

Drive My Car and whilst playing the piano, Live and Let Die.

Sorry Paul, but the latter has to go as a live act.

Very strange - my inbox isn't full and I received the PM.

I don't know if you want to edit that out of your post now or not.

Agree the song is dire - in fact to me it sounds just like the "spoof" song that Peter Kaye sang as "Geraldine". :suspect: It just made me laugh. :hihi:

Think Joe is lovely tho!
