zongamin   10 #1 Posted August 10, 2009 I only use 3 extensions as I prefer to keep it as simply as possible  ABP - obviously NoScript - as a security measure but also useful to stop annoyances like autoplaying video and music on sites. DownloadThemAll - Just found this the other day - it has replaced flashget - great for downloading all the images or mp3s from a page.  That's all I use - what are your favourites / recommendations? DaveKerr   10 #4 Posted August 10, 2009 Firebug ColorZilla One for screenshots, I think it's FireShots but I'm not on the right OS to check. Ubiquity - great concept that just needs a bit more polish  I only really use firefox for webdev work, for anything else Safari or Chrome (when on Windows) is preferable to me. esme   10 #5 Posted August 10, 2009 (edited) British English Dictionary - for spell checking in forms PlainOldFavorites - to use the same favourites as IE, I have IE as well for accessing a few of my customers sites that require it so I use this to keep the favourites in step, it also means you can use windows favourites from the start button Menu Editor - so I can disable the Bookmarks menu entry and just use Favourites instead Edited August 10, 2009 by esme
 Share this content via...

zongamin   10 #8 Posted August 10, 2009 (edited) Is DownloadThemAll better than Flashget, as I have found flashget is an excellent tool? Mark  I prefer it because its all in the extension - where as FlashGet needs an external download manager (I think). It seems to do the same job just as well, but now I don't need to have Leech installed as well.
