I don`t think I want to join a `big gym` as I`d prefer to be in a small class with some individual feedback and that`ll tolerate me being a newbie! I`m hoping to improve my `core stability` to help my running. Can anyone recommend anywhere Totley, Dore, Millhouses, Woodseats area? Please?!
