Looking for a flat and a job

Hello, I and my girlfriend will be in sheffield in october. We don´t have jobs or flat. Could you help us to find it?

What is the areas nearest of city´s center?

Are there IT companies?

Depends on what kind of IT you want to move into. I actually left Sheffield to get a good IT job.

I Know java, c, c++, but I finished my studies recently and I don´t have experience, will I have any chance to find a job?

Possibly. At least you have some good skills even if you don't have any experience. My girlfriend's in a similar situation but doesn't have any real skills. (She knows a bit about a lot of things rather than a lot about a few things, if you know what I mean.)
