Anyone know actual stage times for the main stage on sat? Wouldn't mind seeing little boots and the noisettes but don't get out of work till 7...not sure if it'd be worth going down.

Not my kind of thing line-up wise, but good to see something like this in Sheffield and I'll try my best to make it.

Not sure why people are complaining, it's free!

What time does all this finish on Devonshire Green I live right next door and don't fancy this bloody racket going on till the early hours.

Why hold it in the City Centre why not hold it out in one of the bigger parks? Surely you would get far more people ?

It's being held in the city centre because that's exactly where it should be. City centres have always been centres of music, culture, generally enjoying life, that's what happens when humans gather together and build settlements. Do the millionaires who live next to Hyde Park complain when Blur or Neil Young or the Who or whoever it is are playing in their front gardens I wonder? Yes, probably!

I'm pretty gutted that I won't be able to go to any of these. Sadly Tramlines coincides with my (other) favourite festival - WOMAD. I bought my ticket to WOMAD ages ago and at £124 I have to be there. WOMAD will be ace but I'm sad to be missing Sheff's first big proper music festi.

Enjoy, you lucky people.

**Official tramlines promotion show this event on Sunday, its actually Saturday 25th**

mango* at rise sheffield

in conjunction with Tramlines music festival

Saturday 25//07//09 3pm – 11pm

TERRACE//

KASSIEN // TROWIE // DUFRAIN // CHRIS MOORE

It's safe to say that mango* has become integral to the summer festivities in Sheffield. Such has been the support of the event that its gone from strength to strength in only its second season, last months party saw the Rise terrace rocked like it never has before and we now embark on mango's first non-bank-holiday venture.

Of course the boys wouldn't expect you to join them for one of their legendary all day terrace sessions without having a day to recover afterwards, so mango* in July will take place on a Saturday - the 25th to be exact.

July is a month of firsts for the mango* tribe, as its also the first time that the event has run in conjunction with any other; Tramlines 2009.

mango* is proudly showcasing deep, minimal house and terrace tinged techno at Tramlines, giving a helping hand to diversify the festival even further and team mango* cant wait to offer up some (extra) al fresco activities to the city's discerning fun afficionados.

Free Entry all day

Be sure to make it down as we will be unleashing the details of the BIG August Bank Holiday event at this party.
