I got an excellent book :-  Scott Kelby's 7-Point System for Photoshop  Really can recommend it although not quite sure why he called it a 7-Point system since in Lesson 1 we get up to step 30 ! Just learned loads of stuff I would never have found on my own. Personally I think a book works well in this case since you end up window-juggling if you're trying to look at YouTube or whatever.
