carosio   186 #25 Posted July 9, 2009 That's interesting, have you repeated the battery change again to see if it will trigger it back the right way, and also try turning the fingers quickly in the right direction? I remember that some 240v electric clocks used to do the same thing, depends on the design and start mechanism of the motor. davi   10 #26 Posted July 10, 2009 Fly, envious time, till thou run out thy race; Call on the lazy leaden-stepping Hours, Whose speed is but the heavy plummets pace, And glut thyself with what thy womb devours, Which is no more than what is false and vain, And merely mortal dross;........ taxman   12 #27 Posted July 10, 2009 Unfortunately it's like The Picture of Dorian Gray in reverse....my clock gets younger, I grow old and fall to bits.
 Share this content via...
epiphany   10 #28 Posted July 10, 2009 The clock is now running again but bizarrely it is running backwards. The second, minute and hour hands all now go anti-clockwise.  LOL  Classic clock malfunction.
 Share this content via...
