neeeeeeeeeek   10 #3 Posted July 3, 2009 Try flexing the screen section gently and pressing on the back, if the screen image comes back it's probably the cable that is loose. Rather than just getting a new screen and fitting yourself it would be wise to get an expert laptop repair company to look at it for you like http://www.trilogicuk.co.uk as the fault could be the cable or graphics chip.
