Used to be a few punch ups there granted, but nobody got the better of the landlord at the time I was there, he was as tough as fxxk

I used to go in the Golden Ball only on Sunday nights but I dont think I ever saw any fighting, now the Complete Angler, thats another story :D

There used to be a bit of trouble in the pub and then they idiots would go outside and go up towards the stone house throwing bricks down from where silverstones building was when it was demolished. Proper thickos

Used to go to Craisy Daisy on last day of term at Granville Catering College, also Limit Club, and all pubs on West St (the centre of Sheffield music scene.)

What was the pub called on Arundel gate, next door to the Option take away and Roxy's. I've been racking my brains and can't think. Was it the Strand or something like that in the 90's?
