Vibrating excerise platform

having checked this out it seems you just do normal exercises while stood on a platform that oscilates in all 3 planes. The instability this creates makes all teh musckes work harder.

 

It seems, in principle, similar to doing classes with a fit ball, the instability of the ball makes your muscles, especially the core muscles, work harder...

Sunkist on Woodseats were doing a free 15 min trial a few weeks ago. Just standing on without doing any exercises, on the circulation setting. It made me feel really weird, I didn't like it at all. I know people who absolutely love it and have a session a couple of times a week, though.
