ilaria Posted June 23, 2009 Share Posted June 23, 2009 i went shopping yesterday morning to morrisons catcliffe using a1 bus was about 9.38 in morning gave bus driver £4(2 2 pound coins)was bust talking on his headset phone i got given wrong change, when i spoke to him well tried to he just ignored me and carried on chatting on his headset while driving. he could of endangered passengers lifes anyway i rang the bus company and told them even the supervisor said that was wrong and will give the driver a disaplinary hearing and i should receive a phonecall today about what will happen and a refund through post. has anyone else suffered the same or seen any drivers on their headset when they should of been concertrating on thier job. When I used t catch busses, the A1 was always like this, with most of their drivers.
