adamd
We had our Grandson staying the other night and just got him to sleep. Once again loads of illegal bikers on the park next to our house. full blown moto x bikes. 8:30 pm on a Sunday. So I phone 2202020 as Ive had enough of this weekly ritual. After 20 mins of waiting after being transfered I hang up /Give up Is this normal?
PrincessKate
no not normal, we use this number and never had any problems like that, always get straight though normally
happyhippy
Not in the slightest would that be normal.
verona
I've had to use it a few times and always got through more or less straight away. Admittedly the answer is not as fast as the 3 nines but that's to be expected for a non emergency number.

Kthebean
You called through to the switchboard, were transferred, then had to wait 20 minutes? I thought it rang back to the switchboard after a minute or two of holding?
spudgun
I`ve had to use this number quite a lot after my daughter was assaulted the other day and it`s sooooo long winded. You can wait for ages before getting put through to the right person.
