AltyOwl
home on opening and last day of season again first week also sees trips to Peterbro and Newcastle Newcastle at home on Boxing day could well be the biggest crowd in the championship next season http://www.swfc.co.uk/page/News/0,,10304~1694405,00.html It's crap that we have Newcastle away on a wednesday. I really wanted that on a weekend. Newcastle on boxing day will draw a big crowd. The derby in second to last home game will be bloody tense, if it means either club vying for playoffs. al_partridge
There are good and bad fixtures, can't expect every single fixture to be in our favour. Newcastle away on a Wednesday isn't too bad, it could have been worse. At least we get to go to Plymouth on a Saturday in August. I don't think we've got many especially long midweek trips. (edit - apart from Palace, d'oh).
