megalithic
Sleep with cotton wool in thi ear mate, that'll sort it. roll it out so you have a sort of wick going in deep if you get what i mean, don't force the bugger in tho. By the way, it's watter not water. Link to comment https://www.sheffieldforum.co.uk/topic/181448-water-in-ear/#findComment-3265108 Share on other sites

MonkeyLover
There's something that you can buy from Lloyds chemist for exactly this problem, though I can't remember what it is called. I almost bought some when I had some water trapped in my lugholes after going swimming. I suppose it works a bit like WD40! Tess
Have you tried, for want of a better word, plunging your ear with your hand? Link to comment https://www.sheffieldforum.co.uk/topic/181448-water-in-ear/#findComment-3265435 Share on other sites
davyboy
Whatever you do DO NOT push your finger in your ear to get the water out. A friend did just that and burst the ear drum and as a result is deaf in that ear.
