Karis   11 #2 Posted June 12, 2009 Yes you can. And green tea really does have lots of (alleged) health benefits.  I have two large cups a day.  And they say it's slimming, too!
 Share this content via...

hoba   10 #4 Posted June 12, 2009 I've drank between three to six cups a day for the last five years or so and it's not done me any harm.  Apparently it can help your long term memory as you get older, but I've only seen one study which suggested that. cerina   10 #11 Posted June 13, 2009 It's ok but it can take some getting used to. Try it in a mix with lemon - that's nice.
 Share this content via...
Mandem   13 #12 Posted June 13, 2009 My sons friend went to China and he brought me some green tea back, the kind the locals drink. It was absolutely foul, when it was brewed it looked like grass, and the taste was UHGG!!!! So to all you who think it is 'nice', try the real stuff.
