I think I've just invented a new sport.....

without seeing the footage it's really hard to judge whether or not it was just.

Remember the police man who tasered himself to justify its use? Well he is the one who committed suicide not so long back. Considering electric shock treatment was used on mental case's than I'm sure a 5O000 volt shock is enough to alter anybody's personality .

That moron of a "police officer" is nothing but a stormtrooper.

Hitler would have been proud of him.

However he can justify using a taser on an UNARMED but stroppy and mouthy old lady boggles my mind.

He probably outweighs her by a hundred pounds and is a lot taller.

Either his training is deficient or he's just a physicopathic bully boy.

In either case, he's a menace to society and shouldn't be alowed to wear a badge. :gag:

Some of the comments on here are absolutely ridiculous and in really poor taste.

The old hag ...
Hey, what a big man, he must have been so scared, pmsl. So if it'd been your poor old mum, it'd be ok would it? tsk, tsk. The other links were interesting, also tasering victims were a 75 yr old woman, and a pregnant bride and her father amongst others. Obviously not a good weapon to be allowed into the hands of psychopathic cops ...

Well said, chuffinell

We could just kill all the nesh pensioners - would save even more cash

The power companies are already doing that, in league with HM Government, to save loads of pension monies. They may as well taser us or shoot us, it's more humane.

I find it hard to imagine a situation where using a taser on an unarmed 75-year-old would be either necessary or justifiable. (I know of a few over-65s who think they're still the big tough guy they used to be in their thirties - they are all, without exception, completely wrong.)
