Weazel2006 Posted June 8, 2009 Posted June 8, 2009 Every ISP has issues with customer service, service quality in general and resolving problems, not one of them can claim otherwise. Bulldog had a terrible reputation but i found them both relaxed and helpful with regards to download limits and customer service, but that was my experience and others do differ. The fact i was restricted from resolving the situation for their benefit had me confused as like i said bt allowed me to sort the problem which i did promptly before. It's virgin policy not virgin staff on the frontline call centers that are to blame, best idea is to formally complain as the one thing they will respond to is a complaint or a legal threat. You do have rights as a customer, you just have to beat them with their own black and white to do so, and you can .
