The Crosspool Tavern was always good.

 

:gag: Nasty. Cramped dining area, queues pas your table as you eat. Strictly average food and clueless teenagers waiting on. No thanks it all quantity over quality.

My mum's house every Sunday- not giving you the address though. Definately no Aunt Bessie's yorkshires made in this Yorkshire kitchen.

 

Same here- we don't like the bought ones, don't taste as good

as mine;)

The Hillsborough Hotel's always a lovely spot for a Sunday lunch. Nice ale too.

Me to but after having a wonderful weekend at a friends wedding just thought we would go out to lunch but in the end we fell asleep after reading the papers and eventually had homemade egg and chips lol:hihi:

one of the best sunday lunches i have been for is at the riverlin pub there yorkshie puddings are really nice and its a proper sunday lunch and they are not tight with there portions either
