The Big Wheel on Fargate

Recommended Posts

It is a ride but I don't know how permanent it is - I assume it depends on how popular it is. I wonder how long they've been around in Manchester, etc

Dodgems would have been a lot more fun and I'm sure they could have used the existing tram infrastructure to power them.

I'm with mightysimo on that. The canvassers with clipboards on Fargate are a big nuisance so its about time the Council used the by-laws to ban them from begging.

The wheel is not a good idea in Fargate and at £6.50 a ride will it be popular?

Would have been better if they installed it outside train station or had a roller coaster :)
