eastbank Posted May 21, 2009 Posted May 21, 2009 So Mr Benn do you think its a good idea to put a couple of hundred Burnley fans in with the 37000plus Blades, if you do could you please explain why 98 quid for a ticket....that's the annual income for that third world ghetto they call burnley.....what a dump.....even the eastern europeans give it a wide berth.....oh what a sess pit
wemblybound Posted May 21, 2009 Posted May 21, 2009 yes mate but seen us get pasted up there as well in the bad old days Nothing worse than coming out of Turf Moor on a dark tuesday night, think we took 3 SUT coaches :hihi: give over.. went to burnley many times back in the 70's. coming out of newcastle on a dark 70's night was far worse and any 70's saturday at millwall was weel nortee. burnley town full of scruffs.

Titanic99 Posted May 21, 2009 Author Posted May 21, 2009 Do you practice being thick or does it just come naturally, theres still a few days to go and the only tickets available are a few single and the £98 ones, as we have sold nearly 38000 for this match, just where do you suggest we put these Burnley fans in the middle of all the Sheffield United fans, I am sure that the metropolitan police would have something to say, its called segregation, mind you the last time you went to Hillsborough it was unheard of. Well your website appears to be at odds with what you are saying: Tickets left: Singles in all areas of your allocation Tickets together in the £98 (Hence my suggestion just to allocate them a section of these if segregation can be sorted) They stop being sold at 5 o'clock tomorow night Can I ask how you'd feel if you couldn't get a ticket and Burnley had some left over, would you still be as dissmissive of such a suggestion. Of course, maybe you want them (maybe some already have) to come over here and buy them alongside yourselves as is being suggested on their forums.
MR BENN Posted May 21, 2009 Posted May 21, 2009 So Mr Benn do you think its a good idea to put a couple of hundred Burnley fans in with the 37000plus Blades, if you do could you please explain why the expensive ticketas are going to be bought by the prawn sandwich brigade ,so the chance of trouble is very low. the beer swilling thugs and troublemakers from both clubs will be buying the cheaper seats-more beer money that way.

Titanic . off on a crusade again, i have it that the burnley fans were very greedy in taking up individuals allocation of tickets and are now freely available for sale private. It is a point of order united have very few tickets left, the ones left are in the hundreds in the £98 range, except for single seats in some areas . Titanic, you have mastered the art of winding up some unitedites, most see right through you, a sad individual who gets his kicks from trooling the net and forums. A part time football fan, who has no passion for creating posts about his own team, his fellow fans or the lack of success of his chosen team. Your constant repeated posts are to some funny, to many others very sad. like the poster Titanic. You may find outside Wembley, the touts selling tickets for the Burnley end out number those for the united end, ten fold.United made sure the tickets on the whole went to genuine supporters. There again we have outsold Burnley we have a larger allocation, I praise Burnley for their sales , like united a popular well supported club. May i suggest a topic for you next posting, why have the owls sold less than 5000 season tickets?

Watching Look North tonight, I didn't realise that a lot of the 'hard core' Burnley support comes from Yorkshire towns bordering Lancashire. I suppose that it was a choice between Leeds and Burnley, so they can't be that thick can they? Sorry by the way, I have no idea why I quoted Titanic's post, might be something to do with the red wine.
