Has Layers carpet shop closed down?

Recommended Posts

I was walking up Ecclesall Road (Banner Cross) the other day and noticed that Layers Carpet shop was no longer there. Has it closed down, does anyone know?

Hi Sarah

Not sure if they have closed, but if you want a carpet from a nice & friendly firm, and cheap prices, try us at Sheffield Carpet Company 0114 2492219 or visit sheffieldcarpetcompany.co.uk.

I saw that in the paper. However, I think the one at Crosspool is still open, with a big "sale" notice in the window.

yes it has closed down theres a dress shop there now but its only open for another week as it was a liquidation sale and as all the prices were low they have nearly sold everything

I know the people at layers and their shops at Crosspool and Dronfield are alive and well.

They had to close the shop at Banner Cross because they were ripped off by an ex-director.

If anyone wants an excellent service i can't recommend Layers enough.
