Name of film?

I am trying to find the name of an old film i saw when i was a kid.. some 25-30 years ago now!!

I thought it was called something like " the seven sins of dr lowe" but a search has nt showed anything up. The film was about an old chinesse magian who worked at some circus and he had this big "dragon" like creature ..he was a very wise man and used his powers to show others the error of their ways...or something like that!! it was in tecnicolor and was maybe made around the 50s or 60s

I would now love to show this film to my own children....but have no idea what its called..
