Septum Pierced Help

Hey I'm wanting my septum pierced i currently have 13 Piercings

so i'm not new to the needle,

But I lost my I.D when i went abroad, Airport Lost my luggage

Does anyone know a place That i wont need i.d for?

I'm Seventeen In June And i do look it..

Is it such a rush. Just apply for a new I.D.

 

I'm guessing Thou Art won't do it. I know they've been very strict with ID's when I've been in. As they should be incidentally.

I don't think that anywhere would do it without any form of ID.

Hmm I recon your too young to have it done!! Put it this way if you find someone who is willing to break the law on age, what else will they have broken the law on?? Hygiene, needles??

You say that the airport lost your luggage along with your id, it sounds suspect, surely you have your passport as you have to carry that through the airport.
