kittenta   10 #2 Posted April 14, 2009 I think something is wrong there, i've used the emergency before now and it's never taken that much. I suppose it depends on long it took you to use the £5? And also if you had any debt on the meter and how much that is. I could be that it's taken back the £5, plus the charges plus the debt (if there is any) if you've used the emergency for over a week.
