biotechpete   10 #8 Posted April 6, 2009 the chepiest isent allways the most cost effective in long run i fitted many i allways use hillsbrough fencing from £18 to £50 a panel  I used them too. The guys were really helpful and the panels I got were really sturdy and robust. Heavy lap fencing is £20.50 for 6x6. That's much cheaper than an equivalent from B&Q. The posts are cheaper at HF too. garryn   10 #11 Posted April 6, 2009 Not just down to the strength of the panels. Under £20 they're unlikely to be treated with preservatives. Buy £20+ and they're likely to be pressure treated with preservative. Put in the cost of your own preservative, time to paint them and consider that painting will only put it on the surface. Worth a few quid more?
 Share this content via...
