Can you remember where you might have seen these steps

sometime or other, heres a clue - somewhere up town.

Can anyone tell me if there was an horse trough was round vic pub/grimey club.I can't recall one but hubby said there was but what's he know he comes off cliffe.

Neeeyow Alfred rd was at bottom of newhall rd near Midland pub? cop shop were near Amberly st cant remember name of rd though:huh:

but the stone barriers aren't there anymore.
