0114kitty   10 #1 Posted March 26, 2009 Can anyone tell me what a "transfer inspection" is, relating to council tenants? It might be a stupid question and be self-explanatory but the thing is i am not actually moving (unless the council arent telling me something lol).  Why and what do they involve? CorkerSWFC Â Â 10 #5 Posted March 26, 2009 I thought a transfer inspection was when you had agreed a transfer of houses with another council tenant, commonly know as an exchange. Isnt it where they come and check both houses for damage etc etc?
 Share this content via...
