History 10 #1 Posted March 10, 2009 Hi all, Brian Elliot, who has written many books about South Yorkshire and the mining history of the region, will be giving a talk about his work this Thursday, at 7.30pm at the Old Colliery Offices in Kiveton Park (S26 6LR). It should be fascinating stuff and all are welcome - entry is only £1 (free to members of the Kiveton and Wales History Society and those who used to work at local pits).
