questions aren't all about getting it right. sometimes the tough ones inspire the curiosity and make you want to find out. fair enough laddo is just young but i think it's great! imagine the wonder when they find out the brain uses up all that oxygen! learning isn't just about knowing, but about discovering

apologies claire1612, it wasn't meant as a dig. i wouldn't have known to be sure - though now myself, you and he know a little more. i think developing a thirst for knowledge at a young age is a great thing, especially with science. though yeah those questions are hard for anyone, never mind a kid. i only got about half right but wanted to find out the rest!

Those are very difficult questions for a lot of people but even so, there is no harm in teaching them to a 5 year old and if that is typical of their education, you should be very pleased.
