Help with unlocking phone

anyone know where I can get a KS360 phone unlocked? its on orange and i want it on t-mobile, orange tell me i have to have used it on orange 3 months before they will give me a code. are these shops that do it safe to use or could they knacker up my phone.

You have to enter a code and you normally get 5 attempts before it locks up if it fails.

There is a shop just down the side of the Castle market that does this I took my granddaughter a while back to have hers done. It is on the way down towards the side entrance on Waingate

These things are scams... don't do it. If you notice they are an unlock REPORT, that's all they do, give you a report on methods of how to unlock the phone, not an actual code or solution.

I had exactly the same problem as the Op and tried one of these things (not this one admittedly), i eventually wrangled my £5.99 from them after accusing them of mis-selling and threatening trading standards.

 

I know it was only £6 but its the principle of the thing, i bet loads of kids get duped.
