beansforyou   10 #2 Posted February 25, 2009 Have you contacted the credit card and loan companies and asked for copies of proof of the payments?
 Share this content via...

Spyro   10 #6 Posted February 25, 2009 I would go along with what spoon said. CAB would be a good port of call. Best to get your story straight before you go though. In all fairness, I don't believe it either.  Hope it all works out for you.
 Share this content via...
Mishy   10 #7 Posted February 25, 2009 Although Bonjon was harsh, he does have a point, it just wasn't well made!  I was in a similar position 14 years ago, when my husband and I split up and I had a huge mortgage to pay, with my ex dodging paying maintenance and bills to pay that I just didn't have the cash for and a 3-year old just about to start nursery. I applied for about 20 jobs within a week and took the best one offered and have since worked my way up, as well as further education and 14 years later my position couldn't be more different than back then. I know you may think it's impossible to get out of, but anything is possible.  Get some financial advice. Actively look for work. Don't fall for any more losers!!!!!!!!!!! chin_wag   10 #8 Posted February 25, 2009 I agree with spoonster. Get down to CAB asap. They'll tell you exactly what to do and may even do it for you. You'll feel so much better when someone is helping you.  You can use your postcode to find the nearest office here. Citizens Advice Bureau  Best of luck and I hope you get it sorted it soon.
